From 11st to 20th December 2013, Forest Biodiversity Division working group led by Dr. Surang Thienhirun, the director of Forest Biodiversity Division, cooperated with local volunteers and the 1st Forest Defend station (Tha-Pla). We went to survey and data collection on biodiversity of plants, animals, insects, mushrooms and lichens at Lum Num Nan-Fang-Khwa national forest, Tha-Pla district, Uttaradit. In addition, plant community characteristic in dry dipterocarp forest and deciduous forest were collected by using sample plot. Each forest was selected 2 plots, including Doi San-Tad and Huay-Ka-Dang-Daad. Moreover, in the operation we collected data of folk wisdoms at Huay-Ja-Learn village, Phaluad sub district, Tha-Pla district, Uttaradit.
